PLEASE SHARE ALL YOUR SERVICE HOURS
We have a great relationship with the Utah Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and would like to continue tracking the in-kind service hours that you perform on your property each year. The service work that YOU do is vital to Whispering Pines.
During 2024, if you have performed any work on your property that helps with REDUCING WILDFIRE RISK, email us and tell us how many hours of labor you have spent.

FOR EXAMPLE: “Hello, this is G.I.Joe on lot 130. I want to report 33 hours of work on my property this past year, clearing dead wood and branches.”
QUIET TIME IN WHISPERING PINES
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT QUIET TIME BEGINS AT 10:00 PM AND ENDS AT 7:00 AM
ATVs + SIDE-BY-SIDES ARE NOISE. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF OUR TRANQUIL TIME HOURS AND BE RESPECTFUL OF YOUR NEIGHBORS.
15 MPH SPEED LIMIT
OUR SPEED LIMIT IS 15 MPH FOR ALL VEHICLES
Keep our roads SAFE and SLOW for children, hikers, bikers, dogs, and all other animals in our community.
Animal Guidelines | Keep Calm and Leash On
IN WHISPERING PINES, PETS ARE WELCOME, BUT ONLY DOGS, CATS, AND CAGED BIRDS ARE ALLOWED. NO ALLIGATORS.
Dogs must be leashed or penned at all times—no unsupervised joyrides. This means your dog cannot wander around your property, onto other land, or the road.
Owners are expected to maintain a clean yard (no poop left behind) and keep the noise down, as most dogs bark.
We take excessive barking seriously and work to maintain a low noise level. Whether it’s barking or chirping, we’d prefer that pets not audition for the neighborhood orchestra. Please avoid penalties and keep a close eye on your animals to ensure safety.
HAVING GATE ISSUES ?
After a long day, you reach the gate, but it won’t open. It has happened before, but fortunately, our gates function well, despite needing power and Wi-Fi, and the North gate being old.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN IT WON’T OPEN
Sometimes your cell phone cannot connect to the gate because the Wi-Fi signal is weak in parts of Meadow Road. We’re working to improve the signal, but if it doesn’t work, use the keypad to open the gate.
IF IT STILL DOES NOT WORK
Head to the South Gate and give it a try. It runs on batteries, so it will work even if the power is out.

REACH OUT to poa
Please email the POA explaining the issue. Luckily, our gated community limits traffic and keeps outsiders off our roads.
