Try these steps

After a long day, you reach the gate, but it won’t open. It has happened before, but fortunately, our gates function well, even though they require power and Wi-Fi, and the North gate is old.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN IT WON’T OPEN

Sometimes, your cell phone may struggle to connect to the gate due to weak Wi-Fi signals in some regions of Meadow Road. We’re working to improve the signal, but if it doesn’t work, use the keypad to open the gate.

IF IT STILL DOES NOT WORK

You can head to the South Gate and give it a try. It runs on batteries, so it will work even if the power is out.
